Haitham Alzamareeh

Haitham Alzamareeh is Professor of Islamic Studies at the Graduate Theological Foundation (GTF) – Philadelphia branch.  Dr. Alzamareeh was born in Palestine in 1980 and studied at the Islamic University, Al-Madinah Al-Monawarah, Saudi Arabia with the Faculty of Sharia (Islamic Law).  While at the Islamic University, Al-Madinah Al-Monawarah, Dr. Alzamareeh earned the Bachelor’s degree in 2003 with a  grade of Distinction, first class honors, the Master’s degree in 2008, Principles of Jurisprudence (Islamic Law) with a grade of Distinction, first class honors and in 2014 he earned the Doctor of Philosophy in Principles of Jurisprudence (Islamic Law) with a grade of Distinction, first class honors. 

Dr. Alzamareeh worked as a Collaborative Lecturer at Taibah University, Madinah, Saudi Arabia, from 2013 to 2014, as well as the Islamic University of Medina, Medina, Saudi Arabia, from 2011 to 2012.
He also worked as a supervisor in the manuscripts indexing project, manuscripts indexer and researcher at the Islamic University of Medina, Medina,  Saudi Arabia, from 2007 to 2008 and as a social and academic supervisor at the Islamic University of Medina, Medina , Saudi Arabia, from 2009 to 2011.
Dr. Alzamareeh has written several books and scientific research papers, including his Ph.D. thesis entitled, Fundamentalist Subdivisions: A study of the manuscript of Al Maarij Al Mortaqat for Al Murabit Ad-Dilaaiy and his Master’s thesis entitled, Introduction of the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence.
