Russell Neitzke is the  W. Edwards Deming Professor of Educational Reform. He attended Ball State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Engineering and Technology with a minor in Physics. He then went on to receive a Master of Science in Information and Communication Science from Ball State.
