Sheri D. Kling, Ph.D.

Sheri D. Kling, Ph.D., serves as Professor of Process Theologies and Spirituality for the Graduate Theological Foundation. She is also Director of Spiritual Formation and Human Flourishing for the Center for Process Studies, faculty member of the Haden Institute, and adjunct faculty at Claremont School of Theology.

A theologian, speaker, songwriter, and spiritual teacher, Dr. Kling’s work explores the intersections of process thought, Christian spirituality, depth psychology, and the transformative dimensions of human experience. Her teaching focuses on psycho-spiritual wholeness, meaning-making, and the cultivation of communities that foster wisdom, compassion, and spiritual flourishing.

She is the author of A Process Spirituality: Christian and Transreligious Resources for Transformation and editor of Renewing Faith: Reigniting Faith and Ministry through Process and Open & Relational Theologies, among other publications. Her current work includes developing educational initiatives and interdisciplinary research at the intersection of spirituality, human flourishing, and transformative community.

Dr. Kling is a sought-after speaker who leads courses, retreats, workshops, concerts, and conferences throughout the United States.
