Daniel A. Franz, PsyD, LMHC, LCAC is Visiting Professor of Counseling Psychology. Dr. Franz is an adjunct professor at Indiana University South Bend, Bethel College, and Ancilla College  He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in both Psychology and Counselor Education departments, including Multicultural Skills, Foundations of Counseling, and Substance Abuse Assessment and Treatment, among others.  He is in private practice as a psychotherapist focusing on the application of Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy to issues related to substance abuse recovery, marriage and couples dynamics, and individual wellness. Dr. Franz has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Ball State University, and a Doctor of Psychology degree in Pastoral Logotherapy from the Graduate Theological Foundation and holds the Diplomate in Logotherapy from the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy, Abilene, Texas.  He published The Private Practice Field Guide and works with mental health professionals opening their own practices.  He is currently working on several projects building online courses to share the concepts of Logotherapy to a larger audience.
