About the course:
The student, through a comparison of the parts of the Roman Mass throughout history, will elaborate on a theology of its various parts and the entire Mass. Guided primarily by the classic study of Jungmann’s “Missarum Sollemnia” and today’s “General Instruction of the Roman Missal,” the student will explore the primary worship action of the Roman Catholic Church
