ABOUT THE COURSE
This course examines the main contours of the spirituality of St. Alphonsus de Liguori, the founder of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (Redemptorists). It uses the image of a double-edged sword to outline the saints spiritualities of practice, heart, and mission as applied the Church’s outreach to the poor and most abandoned.
