Robert Nicastro, Ph.D.

Robert Nicastro, Ph.D., is a theologian and writer whose research explores the convergence of religion, science, and artificial intelligence. His work focuses on how emerging technologies are reshaping human identity, planetary consciousness, and the future of religious thought. He served as Executive Director of the World Institute for Science, Religion and Culture, where he advanced an integrated vision of science and spirituality rooted in the thought of Teilhard de Chardin. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology from Villanova University and an M.A. in Theology from Saint Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, Maryland. He has taught undergraduate philosophy and theology at Villanova University and Gannon University and has published in academic and popular venues.
